Tostitos Lime Chicken Casserole

I concocted this last night, for a quick use of left overs. It was a huge hit-everyone liked it-which is a rarity at our house.

Ingredients:
Left over Tostitos Lime Chips (These were the bottom of the bag crumbs from two bags -no good for using with salsa. ) About 2 cups.
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can milk
left over chicken cut up into bite size chunks.
Mexican or other shredded cheese

Prepare:
Spray a casserole dish with pam. (I used a 2 qt.)
layer with chips.
Add 1/2 of the chicken
Mix cream of celery soup and 1/2 can of milk together and pour 1/2 over chips and chicken.
It does not have to cover all of it.
Then sprinkle with cheese.

repeat with chips, chicken, rest of soup mixture and cheese.

Bake for 20 min. at 350.

We poured over some white melted mexican cheese. It was really tasty!
