Healthy New Me!

Weight Loss Resolutions

Well this year I am taking certain steps to be healthier. I hope to continue updates and also will be posting and sharing with some other ladies on the HomeschoolShare forum that have simliar goals. We have a thread there called Healthy New You.

January Week 1
Worked out on the Wii Fit Plus every day. Goal was for 30 minutes and 90 calories.
Started a cleanse.

January Week 2
Stepped up my goal to 30 minutes and 115 calories a day.
Drinking less sweet tea with sugar and more Crystal Light Mango Green tea.
